Corporate Background
Eddie
Donald comes from a strong corporate background. After leaving the
University of Southern Mississippi,
he joined
BellSouth Telecommunications
(South Central Bell at that time) in
Jackson, Mississippi.
He
managed the high
profile
business office for
consumer products and services (just blocks away from the State Capitol
building and the Governor’s Office) and often
led the
State in Customer Service results and
Sales.
Governor Cliff Finch’s letter
of high
praise for Eddie’s work as a part of his Inter-Industry
Task Force to improve Mississippi Government Operations (a three (3)
month effort) is still among Eddie’s
treasured documents.
Eddie won
an
award of merit after his promotion to
BellSouth…Product Manager in
Birmingham. The award named him the
“Best Internal Quality/Leadership/Team Consultant “ in the entire
nine state region.
Eddie
continued to make
significant contributions and to introduce innovations to
improve BellSouth/AT&T operations.
Community Service / Volunteerism
At the same
time, Eddie won
commendations for his volunteer work with the United Way sponsored
Crisis Center that involved
improving the
quality of life for people
in Birmingham and surrounding areas through
Counseling them
through personal and/or Family
Crisis. He was
elected to the Board of Directors of the Crisis Center prior to his
Moving to Atlanta in 1996.
Eddie was
also a volunteer with
Big Brothers/Big Sisters, as well as the Round Table Commissioner (overseeing
Training) for the
Boy Scouts of America.
In 1996
Eddie and his family moved to the Atlanta, Ga. area. He
served as the Civic Committee Chairman and was
instrumental in getting his subdivision
annexed into the City of Roswell.

Eddie left
BellSouth to pursue his Vision of
providing clients with the
best methods and
paradigms for success. He has since made significant contributions to
many clients by providing training seminars, motivational programs, and
consulting.
Eddie has
provided uplifting
benefits around the country to
many varied
clients through his seminars and motivational programs. This is due
in part to his
singing and dramatization of short stories that tend to entertain ‘WOW’
and enthrall
audiences.
Eddie
Coached Little League
Baseball and Basketball for seven (7) years in
Alabama and
Georgia with nearly a
90% winning record.
He was the
Motivational Consultant to the Atlanta Celtics AAU 12 year old and
under
National Championship Basketball Team(1996).
Finally,
Eddie was a
commercial and Stage & Screen Actor for three (3) years in
Birmingham. He appeared in the ABC television pilot
“The Willie Edwards Story”. He had
a lead role in the Alabama Theater Production of the
stage play “Furnaces” in which he
played the part of
Dr. A.G. Gaston—a significant figure and entrepreneur in Birmingham
from the 1950’s into the 1990’s.
As a
commercial actor, Eddie’s credits include: Radboard, Galleria Mall
television ads,
1996 Olympic Merchandising Catalog,
UAB Medical Center
print ads, B.C. Headache powder,
BellSouth Training Film, and More.
From
2004-2007 Eddie conducted Primary and Secondary Research on how to
mine Human Potential and generate Peak Performance (Performing
‘In the Zone’), He also laid the groundwork for a new company to
provide products and services based on the findings of the
proven Research (PerformAmerica Corporate, Services Inc.)
His
upcoming Book is subtitled:
“Living, Loving, Working & Playing at your Highest Level”.
